DSSP is looking to hire an energetic, forward-thinking Policy Analyst professional for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) in Washington, DC!
Location: Washington, DC – potential for some telework Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $105,000 - $125,000
Job tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:
Observe operations to identify areas for potential change and improvement
Develop new systems and policies that can help improve operations
Implement policy changes and support communication efforts
Keep track of progress using metrics to measure how successful a new policy is
Provide support to various departments adjusting to changes by explaining new policies and providing instructions
Perform research to learn about how certain changes affect employees and organizations
Organize trainings to introduce departments to new policies and systems
Requirements:
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 5 years of directly related experience
Experience reviewing, refining, and writing policy in the Department of Defense
Experience working with stakeholders to understand needs and shaping those needs into clear, concise policy documents
