Power 3 Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer who will be responsible for providing Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems with customer user-facing web application, working directly with users to support their SIGDEV efforts, and the triage and resolution of common user issues. Additionally, you’ll support the DevOps team in implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of production Linux systems. Manage system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, etc.

Salary at Intezra is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $105,000 (annualized USD).
