Full Stack Software Engineer

Power 3 Solutions is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing frontend and backend software for a critical web application that supports our mission goals. Working closely with the team, you will play a crucial role in helping to designing and integrating unique and tailored automations. Your responsibilities will include designing, coding, testing, implementation, deployment as well as support and maintenance.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with the team to understand and address the needs of analysts and
  • developers.
  • Design, architect, and implement robust and scalable software solutions that align with
  • project objectives and requirements. Continuously improve and optimize existing
  • codebase to ensure high performance and maintainability.
  • Independently drive projects, taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle.
  • Develop cutting-edge solutions for task automation, and workflow enhancements.

Skills Requirements: 

  • Experience with back-end development using Python to create custom libraries and
  • REST API functions.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git for collaborative development.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React/Vue/Next, JavaScript, HTML5, and
  • CSS3 for creating user interfaces.
  • Experience with DevOps.
  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL, SQLite, Postgres).
  • Willingness and ability to learn and adapt quickly on the job, including internal systems
  • unique to CNO. Problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering quality solutions.
  • Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence).

Requirement: 3 yrs., B.S. in a technical discipline or 4 additional yrs. in place of B.S. (Degree must be in Computer Science or equivalent field.) TS/SCI with polygraph required.
