SharePoint Manager 3 - Dept of ARMY

Crystal City, VA · Accounting/Finance

DSSP is looking to hire an energetic, forward thinking, professional for our SharePoint Manager position in support of the Department of the Army.

Location: Currently the position is working remote due to Covid restrictions. Candidates must be in the local area (Crystal City, VA) and be prepared to come into the office a few days a week once these restrictions ease. 

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: $65 - $100K

Job Functions:

  • Help team to transition from SharePoint to ServiceNow
  • Grant SharePoint specific permissions in Army Audit Response Tool (AART) for Financial Management & Comptroller Team
  • Manage item level permissions for folders and list items in SharePoint
  • Respond to emails in regards to accessing list items within the audit
  • Assist users with the correct SharePoint access
  • Create/maintain/update Workflows within SharePoint Designer and Nintex to automate processes within teams
  • Monitor the AART tool in SharePoint to ensure workflows are functioning properly on a daily basis
  • Create team sites in SharePoint to include document libraries, task lists, calendars
  • Provide training of the tool to Army Commands, Fund Centers and Auditors
  • Develop and update SOPs and Quick Reference Guides
  • Update, modify, and create pages, team sites, lists, and libraries

Requirements:

  • Secret Clearance (Required)
  • 4 years of Federal Financial Management experience
  • 2 years of Federal Accounting experience 
  • Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Management OR Bachelor Degree AND CPA or CISA or PMP or CGFM or CDFM
  • Experience with Power Apps
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
