PLEX is seeking a Vulnerability Researcher (I-III) to support cutting edge work in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. PLEX is a proud EOE Employer, including disability/vets. Locations may include: Hanover, Annapolis Junction, and Columbia, MD.

Required Skills

• Actively debug software and troubleshoot issues related to software crashes and programmatic flow.
• Analyze hardware and software components to discover vulnerabilities, understanding system design and code structure.
• Provide detailed written reports, proof-of-concept code, and hands-on demonstrations based on reverse engineering and vulnerability research.
• Author and deliver technical presentations on assigned projects, showcasing your findings and research outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience programming in Assembly, C, C#, C++, Perl, or Python.
• Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in hardware or software reverse engineering.
• TS/SCI with polygraph
