We are looking to hire an energetic, forward-thinking Project Manager professional in support of the Architect of the Capital!
Location: Washington, DC (hybrid schedule – telework and on-site requirement) Period of Performance: 12 months (6 month extension, if needed)
The Architect of the Capitol is seeking support to enhance organizational improvement and foster innovation through the development of desk guides. These guides will help streamline processes, empower the workforce, and effectively measure outcomes. The focus will be on business process improvement, process optimization, and standardization to ensure that employees have the resources they need to maximize performance and drive continuous improvement.
The Project Manager shall have overall responsibility of the contract activities: planning, organizing, directing, controlling, staffing and reporting status, deliverables and schedules to the Government.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Technically competent with Microsoft Office
Experience defining all project activities and milestones required to meet objectives and deliverables, properly sequencing tasks and managing the project team’s efforts, and project schedule
Senate experience
