Power3 Solutions is supporting cybersecurity and physical security firm supporting the nation’s most critical systems and infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced Business Process Engineer II to support the analysis, documentation, and modernization of enterprise business processes across a complex government environment. This role supports capability delivery planning, process optimization, data modeling, and the facilitation of organizational alignment across multiple teams.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Assist in defining and documenting capability delivery roadmaps outlining functionality progression from Initial Operating Capability (IOC) through Final Operating Capability (FOC).
Assist in documenting configuration requirements, business rules, and functional/system requirements.
Leverage industry best practices to plan, organize, and guide complex programs utilizing COTS tools.
Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and other knowledge-transfer activities to support process alignment and modernization.
Act as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.
Assist in defining and documenting data modeling requirements, including system-generated and externally sourced data from legacy Source Systems of Record (SSOR).
Make recommendations for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across multiple government organizations.
Apply process improvement and re-engineering methodologies (CMM/CMMI, ISO 9000, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.) to drive process modernization.
Support activities such as data modeling, development of modern business methods, identification of best practices, and creation or assessment of performance measurements.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
10 years of Business Process Engineering experience.
5 years applying process improvement methodologies (e.g., CMM, CMMI, ISO 9000, Six Sigma, Agile) in support of COTS integration programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Network Security, Business, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
In lieu of a degree, 4 additional years of Business Process Engineering experience may be substituted.
