Geon Technologies is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team.

Day to Day:

• Supports planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating personnel responsible for task orders and integrated product teams.
• Assists in the development of management plans and the preparation of cost and performance reports.
• Assists in coordinating project activities, including work package drafting, work breakdown structure management, and related program functions.
• Manages logistics for travel, meetings, briefings, and other activities essential to program execution.

 
Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in a technical or business discipline and a minimum of three (3) years supporting large-scale programs exceeding $1 million annually. Candidates without associates degrees will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be required to have additional years of experience.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting the intelligence community or signals intelligence
• Proven ability to coordinate program-related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to support program operations.
• Clearance Required:  Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Geon Technologies provides wage ranges in accordance with the Maryland Wage Range Transparency law.  Pay within the range will be decided by the company in its sole discretion and will be based on several factors including but not limited to experience and/or other qualifications. The projected pay range for this position is $65,000- $85,000.
