We are seeking a Program Integrator to support the Program Executive Office (PEO) leadership and Program Managers in establishing and maintaining program acquisition baselines while monitoring and reporting on the overall health and performance of programs, initiatives, and portfolios.
This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives both independently and collaboratively, demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, and is passionate about driving program success through effective integration, process improvement, and collaboration tools.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Support PEO leadership and program managers by tracking, monitoring, and reporting on the status and health of key programs, initiatives, and portfolios.
Perform holistic program analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while ensuring initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered on time.
Assist in establishing and maintaining program acquisition baselines, ensuring alignment with mission and organizational goals.
Manage, organize, and maintain program documentation and digital resources using SharePoint and Confluence.
Develop and support automated workflows to streamline team operations and improve collaboration efficiency.
Leverage Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard generation (including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts).
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, with Lean Six Sigma training considered a strong plus.
(Preferred) Support project tracking and agile workflows using Jira.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with a business or technical focus and 4+ years of combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
OR PMP, CPCM, or DAWIA Level II certification + 7 years of directly related experience (in lieu of a degree).
OR 9 years of directly related experience (in lieu of a degree and certification).
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels, exercising tact, discretion, and diplomacy.
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
