We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join their rapidly growing team!
The Systems Engineer shall be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to gather, document, and track product requirements for developing mission solutions in an HPC operating environment. The Systems Engineer shall serve as the project’s Scrum Master.
Position Required Skills
- Experience using the Linux CLI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience collaborating with mission customers to gather product requirements, document/report project status, roadblocks, risks, and challenges
- Experience tracking and managing product requirements to ensure requirements align with project goals
- Experience with creating and maintaining detailed documentation for system architecture, configurations, project status, and project schedules
- Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience as a Scrum Master in facilitating Scrum teams to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices
- Experience with CI/CD concepts, principles, and best practices using tools such as GitLab CI
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
Position Desired Skills
- Experience with Git Version Control System
- Familiar with containerization technologies such as Docker
- Familiar with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes
Qualifications
An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.

The projected compensation range for this position is $150K - $200K. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
