Full-Stack Software Developer
Location: San Antonio, TX (In Office)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Developer to manage the complete software development lifecycle-from concept to deployment and post-deployment maintenance. This role will oversee the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and enhancement of software applications. The ideal candidate will have deep technical experience across the stack and a strong background in Agile development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full software development process from design through deployment
- Maintain and upgrade software solutions post-deployment
- Write, test, and deploy clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- Automate testing and provide regular feedback to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software that meets user needs
- Ensure software quality, performance, and security compliance
- Use DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- 6+ years of experience with programming languages, including Java, Python, JavaScript, and HTML
- 6+ years of experience designing, modifying, writing, and deploying software using Agile methodologies
- Strong experience in full-stack development using modern web technologies/tools
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub) and CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with Agile, XP (extreme programming), product management, and software engineering principles
- Proven ability to write new source code and enhance existing applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Experience working in government or DoD environments
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and tools
