We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer with expertise in Enterprise Decision Engineering (EDE) to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on optimizing large-scale organizational decision-making by integrating systems engineering, operations research, and AI-driven analytics. The ideal candidate will work in defense, government, and corporate environments, developing structured approaches to enhance data-driven and human-led decision processes.

Required Skills

• Apply Enterprise Decision Engineering (EDE) principles to optimize complex decision-making frameworks.
• Develop and implement systems engineering methodologies to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize operations research techniques to analyze and optimize decision models.
• Integrate AI-driven analytics to enhance predictive modeling and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Design and implement data-driven strategies to support large-scale decision-making in defense, government, and corporate settings.
• Conduct risk assessments, scenario analysis, and performance evaluations to refine decision frameworks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in systems engineering, decision analytics, or operations research.
• ​​​​​​​Strong knowledge of AI/ML applications in decision-making processes.
• Proficiency in data analytics, modeling, and simulation tools.
• Experience working in defense, government, or corporate decision-making environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• TS/SCI with polygraph

Salary at Plex Solutions LLC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $170,000.00 to $265,000.00 (annualized USD).
