We are looking for a System Engineer to join their rapidly growing team!
Description
The Systems Engineer will perform end to end management of a disconnected network enclave for the team including network engineering, Linux system administration, technical implementation of STE/STN requirements, IAVA patching, and system security plan (SSP) accreditation processes.
Position Required Skills
- Experience in the following:
- Linux automation, setup, hardening, to include meeting CS2/STIG and STE requirements
- Scripting ability
- Familiarity with customer Information Systems (IS) accreditation and Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, as well as familiarity with STE/STN requirements and policy
- Configure and optimized restricted networks to connect various front and back-end components
- Managing, configuring, patching network devices (switches, firewalls, VTC, router) and infrastructure, Cisco preferred
Desired Skills
- Elastisearch management
- Graylog (preferred) or Splunk configuration, design and implementation experience
- Ansible system management (Windows, Linux, and Cisco)
- Nagios, Zabibix, Grafana or other FOSS system monitoring design and implementation
Qualifications
An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.

The projected compensation range for this position is $150K - $250K. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
