We are looking for a Test Engineer to be part of our team.
Required Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience executing system tests (hardware and/or software) to evaluate results against specifications; 10 years' experience, including the use of automated testing frameworks, is preferred.
* Experience in Test and Evaluation (T&E) supporting U.S. Government acquisition programs.
* Experience in the creation, customization, and implementation of T&E Strategies, Master Plans, and/or System Evaluation Plans/Reports evaluating requirements and test plans.
* Experience with Agile testing, creating automated testing; collecting, verifying, and validating test data.
* Experience using protocol or packet analysis tools; virtualization and creating simulated/virtual computing environments.
* Experience with setting up and configuring wired and wireless networking devices in a test environment.
* Three (3) years of experience in designing a data analysis structure (i.e., the types of data your test must generate and how to analyze those data); determining scope, infrastructure, resources, and data sample size to ensure system requirements are adequately demonstrated; five (5) years is preferred.
* Current and active DoD TOP SECRET Security Clearance and SCI. Must be able to obtain and maintain, throughout the duration of the contract, access to NSA facilities and computer systems.
* Knowledge of network security architecture concepts including topology, protocols, components, and principles (e.g., application of defense-in-depth).
* Professional and technical writing skills; must be able to translate data and test results into evaluative conclusions.
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; BS Degree with a STEM major is preferred.
* Minimum of current DoD Baseline Certification at IAT Level II; Level III is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with INSCOM, Multi-Domain Operations, and CEEC capabilities.
* Experience with vSphere.
* Vendor network certification (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
* Experience using COTS and FOSS security tools (Suricata, Snort, etc.)
* DAWIA Test and Evaluation Practitioner Certification or equivalent.
* Python and Linux experience.
Work Location: Ft. Belvoir, VA
Rate: $180K- $200K
