Software Engineer - Linux CLI, Kubernetes

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our rapidly growing team!

Description
This Software Engineer role requires collaborating with Product OwnersSystem Engineers, and fellow Software Engineers to build and maintain a containerized web application tailored to mission-critical enterprise needs in a Kubernetes environment.

Position Required Skills
  • Experience with the Linux command line interface (CLI)
  • Experience developing Bash scripts
  • Recent software development experience using Python
  • Willingness to learn the Django Web framework
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
  • Experience with SQL technologies such as MySQL
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development
  • Experience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as GitLab CI
  • Experience with Git Source Control System

Position Desired Skills
  • Experience with the Celery Task Scheduler
  • Experience with Reverse Proxies such as NGINX and HAProxy
  • Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes
  • Experience with the Atlassian Suite of Tools including Jira and Confluence
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and JavaScript frameworks including React
Qualifications
An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.

The projected compensation range for this position is $100K - $300K.
