DESCRIPTION:
As a Senior Cybersecurity Process Engineer on our team, you will provide process engineering support to a cybersecurity operations organization. Primary responsibilities include analyzing and improving organizational processes and conducting technical research/analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Requires fifteen (15) years of experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • At least five (5) years experience in:
    • facilitation, training, methodology, development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices
    • change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices.
  • Knowledge of process engineering, operational procedures, and workflows/requirements analysis.
  • Experience in documenting processes and process improvement.
  • Experience in SharePoint, Confluence, and documentation management. 
  • Position requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Writing responses for government-provided high-priority data calls to create representations/characterizations of strategy alignment, resource allocations, discrepancies, gaps, and organizational accomplishments. 
  • Conduct thorough reviews and detailed assessments of systems engineering documentation.
  • Define, review, propose and develop process improvements.
  • Oversee and guide creation, modification, and implementation of process governance and required systems engineering documentation and artifacts, reporting results to leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:  
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineerings, Business, or Education from an accredited school or university.
  • Four years of additional experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. 
Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:
  • Experience in gathering functional requirements. 
  • Experience in Cybersecurity domain is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate with other government and contract stakeholders. 
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
