Internal Auditor (Internal Controls - IT)

DSSP is looking to hire an energetic, forward-thinking Internal Auditor (Internal Controls – IT) professional in support of the FBI’s Office of Internal Auditing (OIA)!

Location: Washington, DC
Employment Type: 1099 – full-time January through September (likely no support October through December)
Hourly Rate: $60-$65/hour  

Job tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:
We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team as an Internal Auditor focusing on A-123 internal controls workstream. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Conduct internal audits, ensuring compliance with established protocols and regulations
  • A-123 internal control work in conjunction with OIA
  • Analyze financial & IT records, systems and processes
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address audit findings and implement effective solutions
Requirements:
  • Top Secret clearance, with SCI eligibility
  • US Citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline  
  • CISA Certification (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
  • Minimum of 3 years of internal or external auditing experience in IT areas
  • Experience with A-123 internal controls
  • Strong writing and communication skills
