Power3 Solutions is hiring Payroll Analysts to join our team in Charleston, SC! This position offers a hybrid schedule – 2 days telework & 3 days on-site.
Job tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:
Payroll processing, record keeping, analysis, auditing and monitoring
Time & Attendance reporting/metrics – including accuracy of calculating and processing
Pay calculation
Individual leave accounts
Allotments of pay
Receive, research, analyze and process pay actions
Answers questions regarding payroll inquiries
Manual calculations, when necessary in order to verify year-to-date adjustments and/or corrections
Necessary actions relating to calculating overpayments
Report preparation pertaining to payroll
Supports polices and establishes, maintains and updates required QMS records
Monitor, develop, document and implement continuous improvement efforts
Serve as a payroll point of contact
Required Qualifications:
Payroll experience
Experience providing technical support for automated financial systems, user support for installed systems or technical support to financial processes
Experience with mainframe, web based or client-server technologies
Business systems analysis experience
Analysis of technical and financial tasks experience
