Power3 Solutions is hiring a Overpayment Analyst to join our team in Charleston, SC! This position offers a hybrid schedule – 3 days on-site, 2 days telework.
Job tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:
Assist with employee training – including training development
Ensure accuracy of data for processing
Project support
Create and maintain Quality Work Instructions and Reference Documents
Overpayment transactions – process and audit
Communicate overpayments to customers
Point of contact for Payroll Customer Support
Retrieve, research and analyze pay history using financial systems
Calculate overpayments
Monitor debt collections - monitor until case is closed
