Power3 Solutions is hiring Compensation Analysts to join our team in Charleston, SC! This position offers a hybrid schedule – 2 days telework & 3 days on-site.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Time & Attendance – reporting, calculating, processing
Pay calculation
Individual leave accounts
Allotments of pay
Receive, research, analyze and process pay actions
Verifies personnel actions and personal service contracts/agreements
Point of contact for employees regarding payroll matters
Audits, analyzes and reconciles reports or accounts
Manual calculations, when necessary
Requirements:
Associate Degree and at least 3-4 years of related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of related experience
Payroll and/or financial experience
Experience working in financial/payroll automated systems (such as PeopleSoft)
Intermediate level in MS Excel & MS Word
Multi-tasking, customer service, analytical, organizational, oral and written communication skills
