Business Process Specialist

Charleston, SC
Power3 Solutions is hiring a Business Process Specialist to join our team in Charleston, SC! This position offers a hybrid/remote schedule – 4 days telework, 1 day on-site per week.

Job tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Administrative support services for employee actions
  • Administrative support for databases
  • Administer accesses to systems – including managing permissions
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Reporting and reconciliation
  • Financial systems analysis (functional standpoint)
  • Support communication initiatives – such as implementing new tools or procedures
  • Support the design, implementation and testing of accounting and financial systems
  • Maintain accounting records and spreadsheets
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field – 4 years of related experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
  • US Citizenship
  • Experience/knowledge of DoS financial systems is preferred
  • Knowledge of federal accounting/finance is preferred
